Tragedy has struck GROD. Our arch rival and sworn enemy, Enormous Kittens of Peace broke into our offices and stole the plans for our new "Eye of Acid Spraying". This was going to be installed into our latest model of the Gaxon series, "The Perpetrator 3.43".

Unfortunately, Xerox copies of the original notebook paper were lost in a mysterious fire and our engineers have not choice but to start all over. The BOD has applied for a government bailout payment, but as of today we've not heard from President Bush.

The EAS (Eye of Acid Spraying) was our last hope. Plans are being made to infiltrate the EKP and retrieve our designs. Wish us luck.

First Test

Our fist test of the Gaxon Pulverizer "Rampage" mode was conducted today in Tallahassee, FL. The tests ran in ten minute intervals. The robot reached a maximum of fifty miles an hour and kicked over two buildings. We had one system failure when the robot pulled out a telephone pole and attemped to bat cars around.

Even with this small glitch, we consider the test a complete success.

Due to confidentialty reasons we're unable to show you the actual rampage, but our main technician did capture a nifty warning sign.

GROD - New Facilities

We just unpacked the last box of servos and motors into our new building in Caliente, Nevada. After the accidental meltdown of the Pulveriser 1.32 in our New Jersey facility, we realized there just wasn't enough room for construction of the new Gaxon series.

The Caliente facility has enough space to separate flame thrower construction from the liquid dynamite mixers. We also were finally able to determine it was the Megadynamo reactor that was causing the spontaneous combustion of research assistants. What a relief!

GROD has secured about 1/3 of the power needed from nearby Hoover Dam. The power lines should be rerouted from California by next week. We are still working off of 150 baud modems but should be up to 300 baud by October - Just as soon as Caliente Telephone converts the telegraph lines.

Wish us luck in developing the latest mechanical nightmares.

GROD (Giant Robots of Destruction) is a development company that designs and constructs giant robots. When I say giant, I mean really big. Like 20' to 250' big.

Generally, the purpose of the robots is to rampage cities and terrify the populace. GRODs are an all-terrain machine functional in both urban and rural environments.
